Gary brings to the area 45+ years of experience in all aspects of real estate including land, commercial, residential and ranch sales. His past experience representing national companies such as Lowe’s Home Improvements, Costco, Walgreens, Smith’s Foods and others allows Gary to work with and understand the needs of high net worth individuals.
After a successful career, Gary and wife Sally, along with their 9 horses, moved full-time to the family ranch located in Catron and Cibola counties. Gary established Western New Mexico Land Company to meet the needs of this growing area. Gary co-developed and marketed Santa Rita Land & Cattle Company in the successful development of 7,000 acres of land in Cibola county.
2021 has been a great year for Western New Mexico Land Company selling in excess of 15,000 acres of land as well as numerous homes and smaller parcels. Gary would be honored to represent you and your real estate needs.
